Mike is a Managing Partner of Ozone Capital LLC. Mike has over thirty years experience in commercial real estate with expertise in net lease investments, 1031 exchanges and Opportunity Zone projects. He has worked for multiple firms in the commercial advisory space including the Director of the CBRE leasing group. Mike has also run site selection and business negotiations for several major retailers including AutoZone.

Mike is an Advisory Member of LOCUS - Smart Growth America which is focused on Opportunity Zones and community development throughout New England. Mike is also a member of the Novogradac Opportunity Zones Working Group and the OZ Insiders Group. Mike attended Northeastern University.

Paul is a Managing Partner of Ozone Capital LLC. His professional experience features consistent themes of alternative investment strategies. Paul has experience in advising in the design, creation and investment management of institutional-quality, SEC-registered investment companies and business development companies and their subsequent launch through retail, registered investment advisor, and mass-affluent investor channels.

 

Paul has held CFO and COO positions for multiple financial and real estate companies. Paul is an expert in private placement due diligence and structuring and advises many companies on their Opportunity Zone compliance. Paul holds a MBA from the University of California, (Berkeley) Graduate School of Business.
